From the beginning of her professional career, Mrs. Kisłow-Bisztrai advises clients from German speaking countries and currently Hungarian and Polish entrepreneurs in mutual business relations. She gained professional experience both in international production and insurance company and in international law firms with specialization in company law and trans-border litigation and arbitration. She took part in several legal due diligence of companies in sectors among others: media, transport, food and resulting from it purchase transactions of companies.
She supports clients in drawing up or giving advise on contracts and general rules and conditions of contracts. She advises transport companies on national and international issues of transport law. Since 2009 she represents Hungarian companies in litigation’s in Poland, conduct arbitration proceedings in Hungary and advise Polish companies on investment processes in Hungary.
