The negotiations have successfully led to the conclusion of a contract between Nowy Styl Sp. z o.o. and the general constructor of the Ferenc Puskás stadium – Market Zrt..

Our services included advice in the area of public procurement law, construction law and banking law. We provided our services during the negotiations in Polish, English and Hungarian languages.

Nowy Styl Group is a leading furniture producer in Europe with ca 7.000 employees in 8 countries. Their most recognizable projects for stadium seats include the Green Point and Mbombela stadium (Republic of South Africa), Lia Manoliu (Romania), all Polish stadiums for 2012 UEFA European Championship.

Market Zrt. is a large-size Hungarian construction company. Since its establishment in 1996, Market Zrt. has built ca 580 objects in Hungary with the total value nearly 1,4 billion euro, among others office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, factories.

On 4th April 2014 Bisztrai Law Office participated at the Construma International Building Trade Exhibition in Budapest. At the invitation of the Trade and Investment Promotion Section of the Polish Embassy in Budapest we delivered a lecture “Legal aspects of conducting business activity in Poland and in Hungary”.

We presented the formal requirements for company establishment, we also explained the rules of responsibility of the members of the board and the taxation of the member’s and the company income in Hungary and in Poland.
