Mr. Bisztrai started his professional activity in 2001 as court trainee and then as judge trainee at the Regional Court in Budapest. While working there he gained experience in the following departments: Business, Real Estate and Civil. He uses the experience gained there when conducting numerous, often very complex litigation’s and arbitration proceedings (including construction and investment proceedings).

He is registered in the list of Attorney at law in Budapest since 2007. He has worked for international law firms in Hungary, Germany, Poland, and international capital groups from the construction and development sector. Mr. Bisztrai took part in numerous investments on the real estate market and reorganization of companies from several capital groups. He conducts intern trainings for employees and management on price and trusts agreements, unfair competition or rebate strategies of companies.

He has experience in managing and legal assessment of personal data management by companies, in particular the notification of whistle blowing scheme in Hungary. On top of the regular day-to-day attorney practice he also advises entrepreneurs on individual and collective labor law, commercial contracts and corporate law.
